1.1. General Provisions
These terms govern the use of the Magnolica online store (magnolica.eu), operated by SIA GRATIJAS. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full.
1.2. Placing an Order
An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement between you and our company. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error is discovered or the product is out of stock, in which case you will be promptly notified.
1.3. Preiss and Payment
All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. Payment is made at the time of placing the order through the payment methods available on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
1.4. Accuracy of Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display the colours, textures, and characteristics of our Stoffs on the website. However, the actual appearance of the Stoff may differ slightly from the image on screen depending on your monitor settings. Such minor variations are not considered grounds for a return.
1.5. Intellectual Property
All content on magnolica.eu, including text, photographs, graphic elements, and logos, is the property of SIA GRATIJAS and is protected by copyright law. Copying, reproduction, or use of website materials without written permission is prohibited.
1.6. Limitation of Liability
Magnolica shall not be held liable for losses arising from improper use of purchased Stoffs, nor for delivery delays caused by the actions of third parties (delivery services, customs, etc.).
1.7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to resolve it through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers also have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
