Refund policy
1.1. General Provisions
The Magnolica online store (magnolica.eu), operated by SIA GRATIJAS, specialises in the sale of fabrics. The majority of our products consist of fabrics that are cut to the individual measurements specified by each customer. Due to the custom nature of these products, special return conditions apply.
1.2. Custom-Cut Fabrics — Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, goods that have been made or prepared to the buyer’s individual specifications are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Since fabrics in our store are cut precisely to the length and dimensions requested by the customer, they qualify as custom-made goods and are therefore not eligible for return.
This means that the standard 14-day cooling-off period applicable to distance selling DOES NOT APPLY to fabrics cut to your order.
1.3. Exceptions — When Returns Are Accepted
Notwithstanding the above, we accept returns in the following circumstances:

The product has a manufacturing defect (fabric flaw, damage, stains, etc.) discovered upon receipt.

The delivered product does not match the description on the website (wrong colour, composition, or article number).

An incorrect quantity of fabric was shipped (significant discrepancy from the order).
1.4. How to Submit a Claim
If you discover a defect or discrepancy, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to magnolica.brand@gmail.com including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product. We will review your claim within 5 business days and offer either a replacement or a refund.
1.5. Refund Conditions
If a return is approved, funds will be transferred to your bank account or original payment method within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item. The original shipping cost is refunded only if the return is caused by our error or a product defect.
1.6. Items That Cannot Be Returned Under Any Circumstances
Fabrics that have been washed, re-cut, altered, processed, or otherwise used by the buyer after receipt are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
