We offer the following delivery methods: parcel locker delivery (Omniva, DPD, and others), courier delivery to your address, and in-store pickup (where available). The specific delivery options and their costs are displayed during checkout.

1.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the weight and dimensions of the parcel as well as the selected delivery method. Free shipping may be available when a certain order value is reached — current conditions are displayed on the website.

1.4. Delivery Times

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Baltic states typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, while delivery to other EU countries may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (holidays, sales events). We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery service providers or customs procedures.

1.5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the website of the corresponding delivery service.

1.6. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the packaging upon receipt. If there is any visible damage, document it in the presence of the courier, or if collecting from a parcel locker, take photographs and notify us immediately. If a parcel is not collected from the locker within the designated timeframe, it will be returned to the sender. Re-shipment will be at the buyer’s expense.
